How do I make a purchase? Browse our store, choose your product, click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now," and complete your payment through our secure checkout.
Do you have a physical store? No. We sell exclusively online to provide a more efficient service and competitive pricing.
Do you ship to my country? Yes. We ship to most Spanish-speaking countries, Spain, and the United States. Shipping options will appear at checkout based on your address.
How long does delivery take? Processing takes 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is between 5 and 12 business days, depending on the destination and logistics operator. You will receive a tracking code via email once dispatched.
What are the payment methods? We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Shop Pay. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available on compatible devices.
Can I pay with cash on delivery? At this time, we do not offer cash on delivery. All payments are processed securely online.
Can I change my order or shipping address? We can only edit or cancel an order before it has been processed. If you need to update your details, please contact us immediately. Once dispatched, no changes can be made.
Where do the products come from? We work with logistics centers in the USA, Europe, and Asia. We ship from the most efficient warehouse based on your location and stock availability.
I only received part of my order. Is this normal? Yes. If your order includes products from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate packages with individual tracking codes.
What should I do if my delivery is delayed? Check your status using the tracking code. If the estimated 12 business days have passed, please contact our support team so we can investigate with the carrier.
